An Update to our patients: Coronavirus/COVID-19

Thursday - 03.19.2020

Sarrell Dental and Eye has been closely monitoring the developments of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Pandemic over the past several weeks.

As local, state and federal governments; the Centers for Disease Control; and national and state dental professional organizations work to understand the disease and its spread, we have monitored their guidelines closely and continue to provide the safest environment possible for our patients and staff.

However, it has become increasingly clear that our normal operations cannot continue.

Starting yesterday, Wednesday, March 18, we have limited our services to treating only emergency cases in select locations until further notice. This measure is necessary to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

At the emergency-only practices, we are also extending dental care services to adults as well as children to better serve and expand access to care to those you may need it during this time.

If you or your child is experiencing a dental emergency, visit one of our emergency practices during business hours or if you or your child is experiencing a dental emergency after business hours, please call 844.618.3384, and we will work with you to evaluate your situation and arrange for emergency care if necessary.

Locations providing emergency dental care:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We will be reaching out to those patients who have non-urgent scheduled appointments and reschedule for a later date that is convenient for you.

The safety and health of our patients and staff is our top priority and we appreciate your understanding. We anticipate returning to a regular schedule of patients on April 1, 2020.
